I am an atypical programmer. I was a student at Jiaotong University from 2001 to 2005. At that time, when I was a programmer every day, I found that I couldn't hold my waist and my neck hurt.

In 2004, I told my brother that we would not be programmers after we finished this project. At that time, we worked on 3D game engines, and when I stopped working in 2004, I went to look for a job. What do you want to do? I didn't work hard when I was young, but I grew up to play games.

The three people whom NetEase interviewed me, I still remember very well. One is the technical director, Lin Feng. He is NetEase's first technical Daniel, the second is the marketing director, and the third is the director of human resources. at that time, they saw my resume and asked me why I had a technical background but applied for a position in the market.

At that time, I thought that the person who interviewed me should be market-related, not the technology boss. I said that I thought the ceiling of technology was relatively low. After the interview, I took the bus and walked in the direction of Jiaotong University. When there were two stops left, I called to say that you had been accepted. When the two of you voted for your admission, I got out of the car and went back to NetEase to play games.

From the regional manager to the director reporting to Ding Lei

After entering NetEase, the first title was called the regional manager. I thought the regional manager was very good, but then I found that everyone was called the regional manager.

After a month of training, someone said, pony, you go to Shanxi, take the ticket, after I flew there, I have no idea where it is, how so much dust, is a completely barren environment.

After throwing me over, I found a local liaison and asked me to carry a bunch of posters from the south of Shanxi to the north, and then around. In this process, we ran Internet cafes, in fact, to expand the market, at that time is very hard, but this process is very interesting.

I later thought that I couldn't do this kind of business all the time. I had to change. At that time, NetEase had NetEase bubble, which was similar to MSN. I stayed with NetEase for two years. Break into the entrepreneurial road of trying

Later, I wanted to try it by myself. at that time, there was a TV program called win in China. Those people tricked us into starting a business. When I started my business in 2007, there were 11 students who graduated from NetEase. As a result, the last 10 went to look for a job. The only one I survived.

Starting a business is a high-risk thing. Look for a job if you are not strong enough or lucky enough. At that time, those little friends who ran Internet cafes, once the people left behind by NetEase had reached a very high level today, one of my buddies became a Grade 5 employee, with four people, each with more or less thousands of shares, with a split of US $80 per share.

But we do not struggle to choose, can only choose this road, regret is no use, it is not to play the game can also be archived again, are online games, do not give archiving opportunities.

When I went back to Chengdu in 2011 to play games, I wanted to do what I was good at, not what I wasn't good at.

In 2011, I set up a game company. At that time, I didn't rent a house in the software park. What did my classmate ask for? I said bigger, office and living as a whole. OK, what's the price? Five thousand. At that time, I didn't think the house price in Chengdu would be very low.

He chose Tongzi Lin for me and said that it was close to the airport. I later learned that it was the richest area in Chengdu. We were working there to recruit people to play games. We were under too much pressure. Every day, luxury cars passed around me. There was a black Cadillac parked next to my parking space at that time. Chengdu people are really rich. I said I'd better not stay here. If I scratch his car, it won't be enough to pay for it.

We later moved to the software park. At that time, I was not a game producer, so I hired 20 or 30 people to do it. At that time, we were very idle, how idle we were, and we didn't know what to do for two months. I went to learn Sichuan mahjong. The atmosphere in Chengdu is still slower than that in the north. I walk very fast, and I find that the people around me are much slower than me.

At that time, it was very hard to start a business. I thought I'd find a way to do something different. We made start-up coffee in Chengdu to help entrepreneurs, at least not to take too many detours. We must take as few detours as we can.

Later, people said why it was called ten percent coffee. In fact, it doesn't matter what its name is. What matters is that you let others remember it.

There is one thing that is not easy to survive. We persisted for four years and did not die. At that time, there were five similar to us, three died, and one was inspiration Coffee. We survived firmly.

We have 10% coffee, 10% capital, and 10% space incubator. Now there are 13 stores in Chengdu and two in Changsha. We hope to achieve an industrial park. I plan to set up an VR and AR industrial park in Tianfu New District. I hope to dock all the resources in it, so that VR and AR entrepreneurs can start their own businesses in it. Finally, we provide services for entrepreneurs.

I am a person who does not drink coffee at all. I went to NetEase in 2005 to drink coffee and vomit every day. I haven't had coffee for ten years. Today's theme is that I am a coffee shop owner who does not sell coffee. I once thought about changing the coffee shop to very boiled water. Later, I was denied by my colleagues of our brand. He said, boss, you pay too little attention to brand awareness. I said, what do you say we do? I said to call a strong name, very entrepreneurial institutions, "institutions" feel good.
