In addition to the evaluation, the Peasants' Association also held four professional lectures within 2 days, including the current situation of the coffee industry, coffee processing, introduction to brewing, cup testing practice, and so on. Yu Jiayan, director general of the Chinese Peasants' Association, said that although Taiwan's coffee production accounts for only 0.04% of the world's coffee production, in recent years, Guo's coffee has performed well in the CQI coffee evaluation in the United States, and has also attracted attention. if we can constantly improve our cultivation and production techniques and win by quality, there is definitely something to be done.
