Hu Ling-hsiung says that since last year, after repeated research and development, and taking advantage of consulting experts when attending coffee and food exhibitions in Taipei, Hu Lingxiong has constantly adjusted the proportion, and finally adopted the concept of wine blending to mix this new drink.
The team used low-concentration sorghum wine, 43% war wine as the base, with fresh milk produced by Jinmen local animal test, heated together to become "milk wine", sprinkled with cinnamon and elderberry syrup, and then decorated with flowers, and it was done.
Hu Lingxiong says that this sorghum coffee latte has the aroma of wine, and the taste is enhanced by cinnamon and elderberry. "this is what we want to achieve."
Hu Lingxiong is not private, generous and open sorghum coffee latte "secret recipe": 30 ml of war wine, cinnamon and elder forest each 15 ml, plus Italian espresso 60 ml, fresh milk 240 ml, the final completion is 360 ml sorghum coffee latte.
He said that he has tried a smaller proportion, but the effect is not good, sorghum wine is too strong; such a large coffee latte, taste dense, so that fresh milk, coffee and sorghum perfect fusion to form a golden ratio. Also because this coffee is accompanied by different gold patterns, so that consumers can enjoy both sight and taste at the same time.
