Cui Yawei, founder of Youye.com, is well-known in Guangzhou e-commerce circle because he has rich experience in e-commerce operation and management, and created one of the three major e-commerce industrial parks in Guangzhou in 2009-- Lingnan International E-Commerce Industrial Park in CBD, Panyu. Recently, he brought in a group of "e-commerce" friends, you buy a table, I will take the stool, and run the first e-commerce-themed coffee shop in Guangdong. On August 15, the "Nest Coffee" located in the industrial park officially opened. Not only does it sell coffee, but it is also a platform for the successful development of e-commerce. It allows e-commerce people to gather together and order a cup of coffee to talk about entrepreneurship with the co-founders of Dangdang.

Customers can chat with the "on duty" boss.

What does an e-commerce coffee shop look like? The reporter recently visited Nest Coffee and found that the 350square meter hall has a book bar, a performance stage, a computer for office, and a Wechat camera for interaction. There are round tables for three or two friends to take a nap, long wooden square tables with comfortable sofas, and even a luxurious VIP room of 70 square meters.

Cui Yawei said that the reason why "Nest" is set up on the third floor is not only to help him take care of it, but also to screen out some leisurely customers and focus more on serving electricity merchants.

Cui Yawei told reporters that Nest Coffee has 30 co-founders, some making investments, some doing Tmall, some doing e-commerce training, some specializing in e-commerce policies, and some Tuhao e-commerce. "their picture will be hung on the wall, and whoever comes, his picture will turn on the light."

Cui Yawei said that with such a platform, if you come to help, you can chat with the "duty" boss in the coffee shop and ask them for advice and questions of concern, all of which are free of charge. As long as you order a cup of coffee, you can wait for an encounter with an e-commerce mogul and invite him to have a cup of coffee and chat with him.

Share the resource profit through the multi-parameter mode

The day before the opening, a number of founders showed up one after another. it turned out that they took the time to see the progress of the project and whether there was any need to contribute. "this is our other home." Cui Yawei told reporters that the coffee shop project adopted a unique "public reference" model. It is different from the "crowdfunding", which pays too much attention to short-term benefits, which often leads to equity disputes, provides funds through co-founders, and the certification team is responsible for specific operations, so that the "nest" has a good space for development.

So how do you join the circle? Cui Yawei said that in the future, the coffee shop will recruit participants and pay the proportionally allocated operating expenses of the coffee shop every year, so that you can share the resources and information brought to you by the coffee shop; when the coffee shop makes a profit, it will be distributed on a pro rata basis.

The legendary founder began to work as an e-commerce sophomore.

In fact, Cui Yawei's experience is enough for e-commerce to share. He was electrocuted for the first time in 2008, when he was a sophomore. In order to do e-commerce business, he lived in a village in the city, took a break from school, and worked in the e-commerce circle for six years. It was his friends who gave him help and helped him grow up gradually.

It was precisely because of this experience that he had a whim to allow more e-commerce people to participate in each other's circles, so that people who can make money can make money better, and people who want to make money can take fewer detours on the road to e-commerce. "I was a man of repeated failures and battles, and I finally succeeded." 'The other founders have come one step at a time, and they will have more ideas to share, 'Mr. Cui said.

On why it was "electrocuted", Cui Yawei said that the first contact with e-commerce was in the seven-day hotel chain to handle membership cards and recharge business. Since then, he has deeply realized the charm and powerful potential of e-commerce. As a result, he began to run an online store, selling computer accessories such as keyboards and mice, and sold at least 100 to 200 orders a day. He is deeply proud that with the ability to promote e-commerce and the experience of consumer media, his team has become the first operator of Tencent online shopping.

New Express CBD: what is the most impressive thing you have encountered along the way?

Cui Yawei: when I first joined the profession, I rented a small residence in Shipaiqiao and slept on the floor in the office for a while. When I was the poorest, I didn't even have the money to eat. I fried some peanuts and ate porridge every day for nearly four months.

New Express CBD: does your family support you to start a business?

Cui Yawei: they always supported me, but I didn't let them know at first when I dropped out of my sophomore year to start a business. My wife has been suffering with me since college. She will not participate in the whole process, but she always cares silently.

New Express CBD: is there anything you want to say to young people with entrepreneurial dreams?

Cui Yawei: capital, experience and connections are the three necessary conditions for starting a business, all of which are indispensable. I don't advocate dropping out of school and starting a business like me. I should work for a few years to consolidate my foundation, and it's not too late to find the right 'organization' and then start a business.

What do you think of the future of nesting?

Gan Qizhao, secretary general of Panyu Electronic Commerce Association: "nesting" aggregates the resources of all parties, just like the small ecosystem of e-commerce, and hopes that "nesting" can make good use of the resources of co-founders and members to do a good job in this platform for exchange, incubation, cultivation, and project docking.

Mr. Hu, a member of an imported beauty instrument e-commerce enterprise in Beijing: the concept of "nesting" sounds good, but the effect may not be good. I hope that someone will take the initiative to create an environment for negotiation and guide members to communicate boldly.

Brand design mark: I hold a conservative attitude to the development of nesting coffee. "nesting" is a replica of Hangzhou beta, ideal and beautiful, but if the implementation is not in place in the later stage, there is no real core-e-commerce interaction, it is just empty talk.

Brother Hu, who is just involved in e-commerce, hopes that "nesting" can create a platform for open circulation, so that e-commerce in its infancy can take fewer detours.
