Introduction to Coffee varieties-number three: Maui Moka (English name: Maui Mokka)
There are two sources:
One is the sudden variation of the bourbon variety of the old bourbon island.
The other is a variety of mocha transplanted in Yemen.
The coffee tree is not tall and its leaves are small and slender.
Raw beans are small and orchard; easy to get rust spot, the yield is very low.
There is a small amount of cultivation in Brazil except Maui, Hawaii in the United States.
Although it is planted at a lower altitude, it is still very rich in taste.
On the right side of the picture below is Maui Moka.
