The Talent Service Alliance platform project is located in Poly Huabanli Times Square, the core business district of Yangjiaping, covering an area of nearly 10,000 square meters. The platform is built according to the construction layout of "one network, three platforms and one center". Among them, "one network" is to build a global talent online accurate matching and delivery docking network platform; "Sanping platform" is to build a public talent market and middle and high-end talent hunting platform, innovative entrepreneurial mentor team talent training platform, innovative entrepreneurial talent gathering and incubation platform; "one center" is planning and operation center.

According to the person in charge of the Jiulongpo District people's and Social Affairs Bureau, after the official operation, the platform will launch ten special projects, such as innovative entrepreneurship training, innovative entrepreneurship competitions, talent entrepreneurship incubation, establishment of core staff training system, and construction of open dialogue salons.

The reporter learned that the first mass creation space in Beijing Entrepreneurship Street-garage coffee has been stationed on the platform. With the coffee shop as the carrier, garage coffee will provide a low-cost office environment for early entrepreneurial teams, match partners for innovative entrepreneurs, and dock technology, capital and other elements.
