The platform is built according to the construction layout of "one network, three platforms and one center". Among them, "one network" is to build a global talent online accurate matching and delivery docking network platform; "Sanping platform" is to build a public talent market and middle and high-end talent hunting platform, innovative entrepreneurial mentor team talent training platform, innovative entrepreneurial talent gathering and incubation platform; "one center" is planning and operation center.

The reporter learned that the first mass creation space in Beijing Entrepreneurship Street-garage coffee has been stationed on the platform. With the coffee shop as the carrier, garage coffee will provide a low-cost office environment for early entrepreneurial teams, match partners for innovative entrepreneurs, and dock technology, capital and other elements.
