Extremely heated American coffee
First, let's talk about American coffee. American coffee is made of fresh pressurized Espresso and appropriate amount of water, hot American coffee we (or your favorite barista) will directly inject hot water into the Espresso, so when "extremely hot" American coffee, it is only to make the hot water more hot, and does not directly affect the blending or filling of the coffee.

If you add sugar to a good coffee, you won't be able to drink its delicious coffee.
