Cup test report:

Sonia Manor is located in the western valley of Costa Rica, where many small farmers grow top coffee in this beautiful valley at high altitude.

The quality of coffee produced in western valleys is quite good, mainly due to the special microclimate, high altitude and volcanic fertile soil balanced sweetness, moderate acidity, and a clean finish.

The dried aroma has a hint of raisins and caramel, sweet. The wet aroma with hot water is a charming whipped cream and sugar. Reminds me of coffee cake.

A delicate sweetness, a little cinnamon, brown sugar and chocolate linger on the tongue, do not like sour friends

Medium and deep baking or deep baking is another option. Bitter sweet chocolate, the sweetness of dark fruit, and the feeling of back sweet is also quite charming.

Cup test score: 88

■ taste intensity / flavor trend: medium strength / delicate sweetness, cinnamon, brown sugar and chocolate
