Cup test report:
The Emerald Manor has always been a myth in the world of coffee. Its status in the coffee world is like the DRC Romanee-Conti in the red wine world. The Geisha variety produced by the estate is unparalleled in flavor and has won numerous world awards, including this year's BOP champion.
We are very lucky to buy this' bidding 'batch at an affordable price without having to go to the auction to fight against everyone. In this regard, I would like to express my special thanks to Rachel, the landowner, for cherishing our friendship of mutual support over the years, so I sold this extra box to Honey House in the first place.
The bidding result in 2015 was as expected, and the prices of all batches soared. We can buy auction batch coffee directly with Rachel in the manor. I believe that if you drink it, you will also get a full sense of happiness!
This is a very enjoyable cup of coffee with a dry aroma of charming jasmine and citrus blossoms, joyful apricots, berries and caramel biscuits with rich "sweetness"-warm honey flavor-
With the wet aroma of hot water, sweet strawberry aromas burst out immediately, with unique aromas of jasmine and roses, cherries and sweet nectar.
The performance in the cup is meticulous and elegant, which is rare in ordinary sun-dried beans. The sense of clarity almost makes me have the illusion of washing beans. I have to admire the treatment technology in the back section of the jadeite manor. it's amazing!
Oranges, grapes, oranges, wild forest honey-gentle and soft sour, delicate, sweet-endless aftertaste!

Tannin acid: After extraction, tannic acid will become a pale yellow powder, which is easy to blend into water. After boiling, it will decompose and produce Jiao Wu acid, which will make the coffee taste worse. If brewed well and put it on for several hours, the coffee color will become thicker than just soaked, and it will not taste enough. Therefore, it is best to drink it as soon as possible.
