Cup report: the prestigious Kotowa Manor, located in the Boquete district of Panama, was founded by Mr. Alexander Duncan MacIntyre of Canada in 1913. At present, it is managed by the fourth-generation manor owner Ricardo Koyner.

The word Kotowa comes from the local aboriginal language, which means that the [mountain, mountain] manor is in an excellent location, in addition to the appropriate high altitude, coupled with the border between the Caribbean and the Pacific, the sea breeze blows all the year round, creating a delicate climate. This time we bought a batch of washed Geisha from one of the four farms on the manor, an organically grown wizard district. The aroma is complex and elegant citrus and perfume lilies, with wild spice flavors-after adding hot water, rich sweet orange and peach aromas burst out.

The wizard producing area is the most unique one of the four manors of Kotowa in altitude and natural environment, giving birth to a complex and strong body.

I particularly like the performance of this water-washed Geisha at different temperatures. When it is high, it is a strong fruit fudge flavor. In the process of slowly cooling down, the ripe citrus flavor is very charming. After it is completely cold, the tea feeling and body fat feel full of weight, like a broth stewed slowly over a thin fire. The flavor is transparent but constantly gushing back to the taste buds!
