The Gaoshi Health Bureau yesterday announced the test results of raw materials such as ice products and green grass, tea and coffee this summer. The bulk ice cubes of 85 ℃ Qishan stores in well-known chain coffee shops were tested to exceed the standard number of bacteria, and the black tea of Shuangfei milk tea in Yancheng District was found to have exceeded the standard of E. coli. The two companies still failed in the re-test, and the Health Bureau was fined 30,000 yuan each in accordance with the provisions of the Food Safety Law.

Chen Jianrong, chief of the Food Hygiene Section of the Health Bureau, said that at 85 ℃ on Huazhong Road, Qishan District, bulk ice cubes are made by in-store ice-making equipment and may be contaminated during the ice-making process, and the store has been asked to strengthen the maintenance of ice-making equipment.

The black tea of Shuangfei milk tea in Yancheng District was detected to exceed the standard of E. coli. Chen Jianrong said that the black tea in this store was transported through pipelines, which may be contaminated in the process of production or transportation, or caused by unclean hands of employees. It has been asked to strengthen pipeline maintenance and staff education and training.

Another company that failed the re-inspection was the powder ball of "Lao Zhang Aiyu Bing" in Fengshan, which also exceeded the standard of E. coli. The Health Bureau said that the preparation process may have been contaminated and the same fine of 30,000 yuan.

In this wave of sampling tests, there were another 6 pieces of grass raw materials with pesticide residues that did not comply with the regulations, including 3 pieces of mint and 1 each of sweet cauliflower, Xianfeng grass and dried Xiancao, including 1 piece of Xianfeng grass and 1 piece of road bamboo in Fengshan, which were fined 30,000 yuan each because the operators were unable to explain the source of the raw materials. another one piece of yellow cauliflower was found to have pesticide residues and transferred to the Agriculture Bureau for treatment. The other 3 cases from Chiayi County and Yunlin County have been transferred to the local health bureau for processing.

The Health Bureau said that this wave inspected a total of 193 pieces of ice products, ingredients, tea, coffee beans, Herb juice and other raw materials in beverage shops, ice shops, ice factories, stores and other places. 2 ice products (ice cubes and black tea) and 1 ingredient (powder ball) still do not meet the hygiene standard after re-smoking. The other 6 raw materials of grass (including 3 pieces of peppermint, 1 piece of sweet cabbage, 1 piece of Xianfeng grass and 1 piece of dried Xiancao) did not comply with the regulations and were punished according to law.
