The Malaysia Cooperative is a member of the YCFCU Cooperative Alliance and is located in the famous Dilla Sorrounding producing area.
This coffee is based on tea as the main tone plus cream and flower and fruit aromas, very special, in the dry aroma of ground powder, you can detect its wonderful tea, elegant jasmine, wet aroma of hot water, like sweet maple syrup, and a bit like toast
The performance of the cup is quite clean, clear spice flavor, wonderful tea feeling, plus a touch of creamy flavor, very much like the Earl Grey Tea we often drink, of course, its sweetness of caramel and honey makes this cup of coffee more vivid and rich picture.
If you don't like acid, you can bake it a little deeper, but don't put it into the second explosion. I don't recommend baking it too deep, otherwise it will lose its real value. This is a pretty good Ethiopian coffee with its aroma and taste. As far as Yejia Sheffield is concerned, it's really special.
