In the past, this kind of hand coffee props were mostly designed and made in Europe, America or Japan, but this Gaza is an authentic Taiwanese design. This time we will actually use it to see how this Gaza performs.

It is divided into upper and lower pots, which are made of double glass, so it can be held directly without hot hands, thus reducing the design of the handle and making the overall shape more simple.
On the part of the pot, the groove is spirally designed, similar to the Japanese classic Hario V60, using tapered filter paper.
This time, the special tapered filter paper of Hario V60 is used, and the capacity of this Gaze is only about 200ml, so you only need to use 1 Murray filter paper for 2 people, but on the day of shooting, there are only 2 Murray for 4 people on hand, so the photo will be much more prominent, and it will be just right to use 1 Murray for 2 people.
The body of the lower pot is marked 100ml and 200ml, which is clear and easy to see when actually brewing.
After the extraction, the actual coffee flow rate is about the same as that of Hario V60, not too slow, and the quality of the brewed coffee is quite stable.
When pouring coffee, it is found that the Radian design of the outlet is quite good to pour coffee and will not overflow, this kind of small place is taken into account, it is really a very intimate design.
On the whole, Gaze is a beautiful and easy-to-use hand coffee prop with a smaller capacity, just right for one person, and this one is not suitable for more than two people. Tried several times, the taste of brewing is quite stable, quite good. If you want to say that the deficiency in the beauty is that the contact between the upper and lower pots is not deep enough, if the flash is not stable enough, it may be broken, and when you take a picture on that day, you will almost miss, so when using this model, please pay attention to it in your hand.
