The next step is to grind the coffee beans and put them in a stainless steel filter. If you want to brew with filter paper, replace it with a traditional ceramic filter cup, the method of brewing is the same as the metal filter.
First inject some hot water, fill the hot water with coffee powder, and let the coffee steam for 15-30 seconds.
Then slowly inject water, circle outward from the center to the clock, and then rush to the indicated scale on the glass (one cup will reach the position of indicator 1, and so on)
Please keep the injected water as small and stable as possible.
