Are you determined to "stop using salad oil"? But if you just think it's good to throw away the salad oil at home, it may be too early, because it's not that simple. Salad oil doesn't just appear in kitchen bottles. It exists in more areas than you and I can imagine. Many foods add salad oil.

Vegetable oils are made from salad oil.

That's right. We should note that at first glance, there is a lot of salad oil in foods that seem to have nothing to do with salad oil. For example, this is the "cream" that coffee drinkers often add. Take a closer look at the raw material sign above, is there the name "vegetable oil"?

"Why? Isn't cream made of milk? " Then you're wrong! Dairy products are a specious thing (the name of cream looks like dairy products, but it is not). The "vegetable oil" is mainly salad oil as the raw material, is the oil collected from plants refined into edible food.

Foamed whipped cream is also added to vegetable oils.

Cream is to pour water into salad oil, stir into a turbid state and then add emulsifier to avoid oil-water separation, plus thickeners, stabilizers and other additives to bring out the same consistency and color as cream. This is the processed food made from salad oil and additives, which is why the price is so low and can be preserved for a long time. So to add cream to the coffee is to pour the salad oil into the coffee.

The same is true of whipped cream, which is clearly marked "vegetable oil" in the raw material label on the package, which shows that foamed cream is not a dairy product. The same is true of cream, which is made by adding additives to vegetable oils. Only foods with only milk fat and no additives can be clearly marked with the word "dairy products" on the packaging.

Vegetable fresh cream and whipped cream are salad oil additives.

However, when we really go to the supermarket to buy "fresh cream" and see a whole row of goods with different names such as "pure fresh cream", "whipped cream" and "vegetable cream", we will be dazzled. I don't know how to choose. The raw materials of fresh cream are only milk fat separated from raw milk. on the other hand, additives such as vegetable oils, emulsifiers and tranquilizers are added to the milk fat. it is usually called "vegetable cream", "whipped cream" and so on. But strictly speaking, these are not really "whipped cream". The handmade cake is beautifully decorated with whipped cream, which is like putting salad oil on the cake.
