Sugar

250 ml / 8 oz cold whole milk

Or 3 pinch of cinnamon, or 1 pinch of nutmeg, or 1 pinch of cocoa powder

Tools

1 glass cup (110 ml / 4 oz)

Steam nozzles for Aeroccino foam machines or Nespresso Nespresso coffee machines

How to finish this recipe?

Prepare 3 Ristretto or Roma or Arpeggio or Ristretto Decaffeinato preferred coffee and capsules, and add appropriate sugar according to individual taste.

Pour into a cup with cold milk (200ml, 6.8oz).

Leave it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

Use Nespresso Nespresso Coffee Machine or Aeroccino Milk Machine

Beat the remaining 50 ml, 1.7 ounces of cold milk into foam.

Pour the chilled coffee into the glass.

Slowly add 3 or 4 tablespoons of foam to each cup.

Sprinkle with cinnamon, cardamom or cocoa.
