Indonesian Sulawesi Coffee Story
The coffee comes from Rantekarua Estate on the hillside of Karua in Bittuang District, Toraja Regent District, Tana, South Sulawesi State, Indonesia. They are one of the few growers in Sulawesi, using a fully washed coffee process to make it clearer than the traditional Wet-Hull process.

Description of Indonesian Sulawesi Flavor
Dry aroma with smoked black plum aroma and chocolate, sweet herbal aroma when sipping, dark berry, citrus flavor and sweet and sour feeling, the overall flavor is strong.
