Coffee has many characteristics.

Treatment: insolation

Variety: Catucaia-ACU 59 IAPAR

The history of the farm

With the help of his grandson, Enrique Slopper de Araujo 300000 coffee trees and large-scale production of organic Arabica coffee began in the city of Domingos Martins, where coffee is rarely thought to work well. The Enrique continuation project does not use chemical products, such as fungicides and fertilizers, in the fields, but uses biodynamic agriculture in which agricultural production links with the natural circulation of the sun, moon, planets and the zodiac, resulting in healthy, multi-resistant plants.

Score: 93.60

Chateau Camosin is located in Pedra Azul, Esp í rito Santo, and is also famous for producing one of the rarest and most precious coffees in the world: Jacob Byrd.

A super premium COEE, which is considered to be the rarest in Brazil. A total of EE cherries are selected from the trees by the jacu bird itself. At Manor Camoxin, all varieties, yellow cherries, which are preferred by birds, have a high proportion of blends, which have a smooth flavor and distinct acidity with fruity, oral aromas. It is 100% Arabica, certified organic and biodynamic, and generated in the area of Petra sur, San Esp í rito.

Coffee processing system

Selective manual use. Post-harvest treatment is completely over-temperature and humidity control systematized throughout the process.

What deserves attention is about quality.

All Camoxine organics are the result of a cycle of properties for the environment and for fully organic and biodynamic management.

Manor Camosin also has another feature: the mode of sustainable agroforestry production on the operating farm, that is, the identification of planting in forests, the maintenance of ORA groups and the non-use of pesticides.
