In 2000, a microprocessing plant called Zalmari was established, which has a great advantage in the terminal quality of raw beans. The manor is close to the Tapanti Wildlife Conservation area, at an altitude of 1100-1300 meters, and has the nickname Fog Mountain because the reserve is shrouded in fog at night. The overall taste is sweet and smooth, and the acidity is not obvious!

When the temperature is between 85 and 90 degrees, it will have the warm sweetness of caramel vanilla honey.
