Elida Manor is located in the Pokuit producing area of the province of Chiriki, the western border province of Panama. The most famous landmark and tourist attraction of the province is the Baruc volcano, which is 3300 meters above sea level. Baru volcano is one of the highest volcanoes in Central America, with a total area of about 14000 hectares. It can be divided into seven different microclimate zones according to altitude. There are many rare plants, birds and mammals inhabiting the volcano, so it is set up for national park protection. Hunting and man-made development and destruction are prohibited. Coffee trees are here to absorb the essence of the earth and create an excellent flavor.

There are several characteristics of the planting environment in the manor-shade planting (shade-grown), a conservation and bird-friendly environment (bird friendly), a washing method with low water consumption to greatly reduce the impact on the environment (low water ues for post-processing), and a delicate scaffolding method for artificial selection of raw beans after washing.

Since the grandfather of the owner Wilford, the family has been growing coffee here for more than a hundred years. Their care of the environment has been equated with the quality of coffee.

Alida Manor, which won Baet of Panama for five years in a row, also scored 95 points in coffee Review!
