"The Bank" concept store
Amsterdam Bank is the origin of the world's earliest central bank, and Liz Muller, the Dutch concept store design director of Starbucks, introduced the central bank element that the Dutch are proud of into the design of the coffee shop.
In this spacious, 4500-square-foot coffee shop, the style is modelled on the Bank of Amsterdam, the door uses a considerable amount of logs and renewable materials, and the ceiling is covered with concave and convex wooden squares.
