However, according to the results of a survey on the coffee beverage market, 41.94 percent of respondents said coffee drinks were "too expensive", 25.81 percent of consumers thought such drinks were "too many brands and difficult to choose", while as many as 54.84 percent of consumers said coffee drinks "taste impure".

Why does it taste impure? I'm afraid it has something to do with the ingredients of these coffee drinks. A brand of coffee beverage can shows: granulated sugar, edible hydrogenated vegetable oil, stabilizer, casein (including milk protein), emulsifier, edible flavor / seasoning agent, anti-caking agent, instant coffee and so on.

This situation is expected to change by the end of this year. As the first coffee beverage standard in China, the standard not only specifies the caffeine content, which is the characteristic index of coffee beverage, but also takes the coffee solid content as the technical index.
