It is reported that at present, the competition has entered the operational stage, including the China Employment training Technical guidance Center of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Vocational skills Appraisal and guidance Center of the all-China Federation of supply and Marketing Cooperation, the Coffee Branch of the China Business and Economic Association and the organizing committee of the competition. at the same time, there is a competition executive committee and a competition arbitration committee. The competition consists of four stages: coffee brewing competition, coffee cup test competition, coffee pull competition and coffee shop grading competition. After approval, the top three in the finals will be awarded the honorary title of "National Technical expert" by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and certificates, medals and medals will be awarded, and technicians will be promoted by the all-China Federation of supply and Marketing Cooperation. those who already have professional qualifications as technicians may be promoted to senior technicians.
