Coffee is planted at an altitude of 1070-1200 meters above sea level, and the perennial temperature is on the low side. Founded in 1997, it has built about 300 mu of small private coffee plantation with standard management, elegant environment and ecotourism conditions.

The cultivation in the garden is manual, and chemical herbicides are never used. for many years, farm manure is applied, pests are artificially killed, diseased branches and leaves are built at the right time, and the production and life in the garden is carried out in accordance with international 4C standards, and biodiversity is maintained.

Xiaoguzi Manor through 20 years of accumulation, the manor is unique, every year there will be many coffee experts and scholars to the base to visit and exchange. As a window demonstration base for Pu'er coffee cultivation, Xiaoguzi Manor has been working hard.

The road of fine coffee in Yunnan has just started, at present, more and more coffee lovers at home and abroad come to inspect and evaluate, because with the support of the government and social attention, the quality of Yunnan coffee is improving year by year, and the quality of beans is closely related to the hard work of farmers.

At the same time, the shortcomings of Yunnan coffee are also quite significant. The author interviewed peer reviews and coffee owners who bought raw coffee beans. They said that the quality and flavor performance of Yunnan coffee had been significantly improved. However, there are several outstanding problems that need to be overcome in the long-term task of future development. First of all, there is the problem of single variety, and secondly, compared with coffee beans at the same latitude, the performance-to-price ratio is not high, such as Ethiopian coffee beans, which is comparable to Pu'er beans in flavor quality, but the performance-price ratio is better than Pu'er beans. Third, the flavor of coffee beans is not obvious. Therefore, in view of the above problems, some coffee shop owners told me that for their private coffee owners, the price of Pu'er coffee is more awkward, the quality and flavor of Pu'er coffee is not good enough, and the price of matching beans is too high, so the current price situation is embarrassing. Some judges suggested that in many producing areas of Central America, coffee quality could be improved through planting experiments of various varieties and treatment methods, while growing coffee more effectively through soil analysis and leaf analysis. therefore, it is hoped that Yunnan coffee can also improve coffee quality through more effective analysis of coffee planting environment and improvement of treatment methods.

The future of Pu'er coffee needs not only the support of the government, but also the efforts of farmers and enterprises to achieve a high-quality coffee with a unique flavor of Pu'er, which can represent China's boutique coffee beans and occupy a place in the forest of boutique coffee in the world. this road of development is long and takes time.
