The origin of the name

Dona Elvira is actually my mother's name. The LOGO at the beginning of the article is her portrait.

My mother is a very elegant lady. She likes not only drinking coffee, but also making coffee. In memory of her, I bought the farm, named it after my mother, and took good care of it. Therefore, this is a story full of mother-son affection.
