The Taiwan International Coffee Exchange Association (TISCA) will hold its annual international coffee event in the auditorium of the Joint Office of the Executive Yuan of Taichung on December 1st, inviting roasting champions from Japan, South Korea, Mexico, Malaysia and Hong Kong to gather together. On that day, in addition to hosting five major events, celebrities were also invited to talk about the Coffee World Outlook Forum, which has been held for eight consecutive years.

The Coffee World View Celebrity Forum invited Jason Loo of Malaysia, the champion of three consecutive Malaysian national coffee competitions and the seventh place of the World Barista Competition; Dawn Chan from Hong Kong is the fourth place in the World Barista Competition and the champion of the second Hong Kong Coffee Masters Competition; and Japan's Ichichi Neida is also the chairman of the baking committee of the Japan Fine Coffee Association and the judge of Japan's well-known coffee competition. Xu Baolin, from Taiwan, is not only the first Chinese international coffee judge, but also a world-famous coffee hunter. In addition, the five wonderful events held on the same day were the International Bean Baking Competition, the pull Challenge, the unplugged Brewing Competition, the World Best espresso Competition and the Fine Cup Challenge, with contestants from all over the world. including Taiwan, the United States, Australia, Greece, Japan, Malaysia, China, Mexico and other countries to participate in the competition.

On the day of the "TISCA 2018 International Bean Baking Competition", Mr. Sinji Sekine, former president of the Japan Fine Coffee Association, and Ichichi Neida, chairman of the Japan Baking Committee, also led the international evaluation. In the 2018 draw Challenge, the finalists must make two cups of the same pattern, with an emphasis on contrast, the complexity of the pattern, and testing the consistency of the players. In addition, the first "unplugged brewing contest" was held in Taiwan, in which the contestants brewed the competition coffee with their own unplugged brewing equipment, and the finalists were required to brew two cups of coffee, including the beans designated by the conference and the beans of their choice, and to explain the coffee flavor information. The competition is expected to be exciting.

The "2018 World Best espresso Competition", a boutique coffee cup competition initiated by the Taiwan International Coffee Exchange Association, has become an important event in the coffee industry in recent years. Contestants must express espresso beans to Taiwan, which will be brewed by internationally renowned players and evaluated by international WBC certified international judges. The last event is the 2018 boutique Cup Test Challenge, in which contestants must select the only boutique beans from each group of four cups of coffee. The event will be held from 9am to 4pm on December 1st. Coffee lovers are welcome to watch the game.
