La Palma y El Tucan founders Carlos, Elisa and Felipe have developed a plan to work with their neighbors to build a sustainable relationship model. They named the project neighbors and crops and identified more than 200 coffee producers within a 10-kilometer radius. La Palma and El Tucan buy coffee fruit from these neighbors, provide training for special harvests, and try different processing methods to find the perfect coffee cup.

The program is to select and train specific pickers in high-quality coffee harvest methods. Then they will pick, pick and buy cherries with their neighbors. The income of these families buying coffee cherries is 50% higher than the national average, and they also have access to coffee trees grown in La Palma y El Tucan nurseries.

The farm also specializes in advanced and experimental grinding, processing coffee cherries very carefully, recording each step, and testing each batch of coffee cherries after drying on a raised bed. Our goal is to produce the highest quality products and export them to bakers all over the world.
