Finca Las Brisas

This small piece is produced and processed by Carlos Alberto Ulchur, a small farmer member of the Cauca production group ASORCAFE-Inza. Produced at an altitude of 1900 meters, this very special site is selected from other producers in the organization because of its very good quality. Inza is located in a corner of Cauca province, bordering Tolima and Wirat, overlooking the Pacific Ocean to the west. The area is located in the "Macizo Colombiano" (Colombian plateau), which surrounds the peaks of Tolima and Wirat and is an important source of water and wildlife, in addition to being a major coffee grower.

ASORCAFE (Asociacion de Productores de Cafe del Oriente Caucasus) represents a total of about 450 manufacturers in the entire sector. The Coffee Growers Association (association of coffee growers, ASORCAFE) was founded in 2004 by 10 entrepreneurial coffee growers who are tired of private parchment buyers buying coffee at lower prices than national prices.
