Our Lady of Light is located in Minas Gerais, Brazil's largest producer of fine coffee. In 2013, the coffee grown at the Estates of Our Lady of Light won the Brazilian COE (Cup of Excellent) late-harvest season with the highest score of 92.22 points.
Our Lady of Light is owned by Regina Lucia and Edmo Villela. Their sons Cinthia,Tatina, Claudia and Rnoney Dias Villela currently run the estate. The fourth generation is now entering coffee farming.
Bourbon is a branch of Arabica, bourbon has red bourbon, yellow bourbon, pink bourbon and orange bourbon. There is also a very low production of point-body bourbon market rare. Among them, yellow bourbon is yellow after ripening, and coffee fruit is red after ripening. Yellow bourbon has high sweetness and is suitable for baking, whether light or deep baking. In recent years, yellow bourbon has frequently ranked in the top three of COE, attracting attention.
