Flavor description: similar to mulberry-like sour honey, smooth and full-bodied taste, the finish is long and rich chocolate flavor.

Orange County Cooperative (Naranjo) is located in the northwest of the capital San Jose, belonging to Alajuela, and has a high reputation in the coffee industry. The Orange County Cooperative has more than 2500 small farmer members, and because of the excellent quality of the coffee produced by these farmers, the Orange County Cooperative is also listed as an important cooperative recommended by the Costa Rican Fine Coffee Association.

The cooperative is famous for its strict quality control, attaching importance to ecology, and strict control of wastewater from water treatment. All the waste water from the fermentation tank is transferred to a microbial treatment plant, and every day there are staff to test the water quality, and the treated water is used for irrigation and recycling.
