Divisa Manor is a coffee garden with hundreds of rare varieties, and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) was listed as a World Heritage site in 1983. Located next to the largest tropical rainforest reserve in Central America, the Bioley region of Costa Rica covers a vast area across the border between Panama and Costa Rica. There are about a hundred varieties of coffee here, the output is extremely rare, and each one is expensive. Unlike most coffee farms, Divisa Manor is running a business model of "Coffee Garden", which is home to many local and even exotic rare varieties and varieties. there are more than 600 coffee varieties, plant varieties, cultivated species and mutants. It is worth mentioning that most of the varieties grown here cannot be found anywhere else in the world, and this is the only place where rare varieties are grown commercially.

Wine-flavor sun treatment does not mean that red wine is added in the process of raw bean treatment, but its fermentation method and degree is similar to that of red wine, and the treatment step is similar to that of sun treatment, but the fermentation time is longer.
