Feicui Manor has four main coffee growing areas, of which there are three large plots of rosy summer varieties: Jaramillo, Canas Verdes and El Velo, each of which is fine to a different plot.

As the first estate bought by the Peterson family, Jaramillo is the discovery site of Rose Summer, and the average age of coffee plants is more than 15 years. The topography here is on the low side, the average elevation is only 1700 meters, but the slope is steep, so the harvesting work is difficult.

Haramie takes its name from the Jaramillo Mountains east of Pokuit. The annual rainfall is 4000ml, the average temperature during the day is 19-25 ℃, and the average temperature at night is 11-15 ℃. The air is humid and cold, and the trees are thick with shade, which makes the bright flower fragrance of Rosa Geisha perfect. At present, the whole Haramillo has been subdivided into six plots for red label production, namely: Mario (Mario), Noria (Ferris wheel), Reina (Queen), Bosque (Forest), Buenos Aires (Buenos Aires), and Caballeriza (stables), which was added last year, and Manantial (spring water), which is not yet on the market.

Canas Verdes Manor is usually transliterated as "Cannes Vidis" in China, while it is translated into "Green Reed", "Green Field" and so on in Spanish. Cannes Vidis bought half of it with Haramillo in 1967, and the Peterson family began to buy small acreage around it after it became famous in Rose Summer in 2004. Because the whole planting area is located on the hillside to the east of Baru Volcano, the elevation span is relatively large, ranging from 1500 meters to 2050 meters.

The annual rainfall of Cannes Vidis is 3500ml, the average temperature during the day is 16-23 ℃, and the average temperature at night is 10-15 ℃. The highly complex topographic structure, volcanic soil and distinct temperature difference between day and night give the fragrant characteristics of Rosa Rosa.

At present, there are 11 small plots in Cannes Vidis: Lino (flax), Coronado (coronation), Fundador (founder), Le ó n (Leon), Monta ñ a (mountain peak), Trapiche (sugar), Jacinta (urn), Caba ñ a (wooden cabin), Tumaco (Tumako), and Nido (nest) and Colga (Colga).

El Velo (veil) is the latest park purchased by Jade Manor in 2012. It has the highest average elevation in the estate and is the only meticulous and leveled area. In addition to the main production of rose summer, the veil also has more than 400 coffee varieties purchased from CATIE, including Laurina (pointed bourbon), Pacamara (Pacamara), mocha and SL28, for long-term development and exploration.

Compared with the other two plantations, the veil extends all the way up the mountain from 1650 to 1900m above sea level, with an average annual rainfall of 4000ml, with an average temperature of 1625 ℃ during the day and 1116 ℃ at night.

The whole area covers 50.25 hectares of coffee planting land, of which Rosa has a planting area of 37.9 hectares, which is divided into seven meticulous plots: Guabo (handsome), Port ó n (gate), Durazno (peach), Mural (fresco), Higo (fig), Buena Vista (Buena Vista), guila (Eagle).

As for the lowest elevation Palmira farm, which mainly grows Kaduai, the entire park covers an area of about 30 hectares, which is the first farm bought by the Peterson family. It serves not only as an internal office area for jadeite, but also as a processing plant for all raw beans.

Jadeite Manor Rose Summer two grades

Under the management of Peterson and his siblings, the rose summer beans of Jade Manor are divided into three major brands for sale in the global market, namely Esmeralda Auction, Esmeralda Special and Private Collection. Among them, Esmeralda Auction, also known as "Jadeite bidding", is the top lot of the Jadeite Manor, selected by Rachel and Daniel for global auction, and there are only two channels to buy, one is the best Panamanian raw bean competition, and the other is the independent auction held by the manor itself.

Esmeralda Special

The jadeite special selection, commonly known as the red standard, is the senior rose summer representative of the jadeite manor in addition to the bidding batch. This batch of Rosa rosacea was planted at an altitude of 1600-1800m, and the cup test score was not less than 91 points. Each micro-batch has very detailed traceability information, including plot, altitude, temperature difference between day and night, longitude and latitude, tree age, harvest time, picking times, treatment methods, total yield and so on.

For example, Qianjie's latest emerald red mark batch is selected from the Trapiche plot of Canas Vidis Manor, which is planted at an altitude of more than 1600 meters, and the whole plot has a yield of 4.5ha. The harvest time of coffee fruit is February 13 this year, which is the seventh harvest of the plot, and the treatment is the sun. After 25 days of slow sun-drying, raw beans bring rich aromas to the coffee, such as jasmine, cranberry, passion fruit, citrus and cinnamon.

Private Collection

Private collection, commonly known as green standard, as a rosy summer batch that does not participate in bidding but with excellent quality, green standard collects mixed beans from different plots of rosy summer in two main estates at an altitude of 1600 to 1800 meters. with the classic orange honey rhyme has become the preferred choice of many "cash-strapped" roses. Since 2022, the Jade Manor has also begun to mark the large plots of land planted in this grade of Rose Summer batch, that is, from Jaramillo, Canas Verdes or El Velo.

According to the information disclosed on the official website of Jadeite Manor, the green label rose summer produced from different plots will show a unique main flavor trend with the difference of local conditions. The green sign from the Haramiyo plot has strong jasmine flowers and roses; the Cannes Vidis green label has a richer tropical fruit taste; and the veil manor green sign is lemon grass and floral aromas.
