Green Grass Manor is committed to specialty coffee, through organic certification to adjust and practice non-toxic products and quality. Fifty years ago, the farm plot was fertile land in the Chicamocha Valley in the Santander region, but today it is 100 hectares of forest providing shade for the 10 Togo coffee varieties grown organically. The purpose of the farm is to find emerging market trends and meet customer needs, while at the same time committed to research and development equipment in order to better process coffee beans, now the farm has a dedicated coffee laboratory, which helps them find cultivation and improve coffee quality.
