Finca La Perla (Sleeping Beauty Manor) is located in the west of Guatemala, surrounded by steep green Ixil Triangle Highlands (Ixil is the Mayan language commonly used there). It is an independent manor known for its unique local culture and beautiful scenery. "La Perla" means Sleeping Woman in Mayan, which deepens our impression of her beauty.

Coffee has saved the economy of Guatemala in the past century. At present, there are about 120000 coffee producers, which are the main export items. Coffee beans are grown in almost all regions, which are monopolized by Arabica beans. Guatemala has 300 different microclimates.
