El Salvador is the smallest and most densely populated species in Central America with rich natural ecology and diversity. It was planted and produced as early as 1740. Coffee beans are the main crops in most regions, and the infrastructure is quite perfect. Farmers embrace incomparable enthusiasm and professional technology, and the production of high-quality coffee makes the export market flourish. As Salvadorans say, as long as you take a sip of Salvadoran coffee, you will smile.

Coffee is harvested only once a year, and between November and February of the following year, newly harvested beans are usually shipped abroad from June to August. 60% of the coffee in El Salvador is Bourbon bourbon, such as orange, pink bourbon, red bourbon, etc., and it is worth noting that El Salvador is the sovereign state of Pacas Pacas and Pacamara Pacamara trees.

Harmony Farm (Concordia Concordia means Harmony in Spanish), the response was excellent. The farm and Sincuyo Shangri-La Farm belong to the ACOES Cooperative in the Tacuba producing area. It was certified by Fair Trade Association FT in 2008, and since then it has established a closer cooperation and procurement model. Fairtrade Association funding can protect natural resources without worry, build better infrastructure, offices, warehouses, farmers' kitchens and ecological processing plants, etc., and ultimately improve the living environment of all members. At present, there are 19 members, certified by North American UCRAPROBEX and German BCS certification bodies, and currently belong to the good Farm of HIU.
