According to the information of Sky Eye check, the industrial and commercial changes have taken place in the Never Coffee affiliated company Ai I Cafe (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd.

The company's former shareholder, Beijing Challenger Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Hongtai Qihang Venture Capital Center (limited partnership), Lela withdrew, and Yuanqi Forest (Beijing) Food Technology Group Co., Ltd. was added as a shareholder, according to the information on the company's official website.

After the change, Yuanqi Forest (Beijing) Food Technology Group Co., Ltd. has a stake of 51%, making it the company's largest shareholder.

In addition, after the change, the registered capital of Never Coffee has increased from 1 million yuan to 1.3572 million yuan.

According to public data, Never Coffee belongs to Love Cafe (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd., an original boutique coffee brand, with black coffee as the entry point, committed to the professional ability to develop a variety of trendy and fun coffee product categories, established on June 17, 2015, a total of four rounds of financing process.

Never Coffee is actually a bottled ready-to-drink coffee category, and its products include ice-brewed black coffee, ice-brewed lime coffee, ice-brewed latte, boutique hanging-ear coffee, boutique coffee beans and coffee peripheral products, and so on.
