The next morning, following the road he had taken in his dream last night, he found the tea tree by the stream. If you take a closer look, you can see that the tea is oval, fresh and tender. He happily dug it out, planted it in a small iron pot and cultivated it carefully.

Because this tea tree was acquired by a dream given by Guanyin, tea farmers named it Tieguanyin.

two。 The History of Tieguanyin Tea

The first invention of oolong tea was the Anxi people, who invented oolong tea in 1725 (during the Qing Dynasty). Tieguanyin was first invented by the Anxi people in 1725-1735.

During this period, Anxi tea farmers cultivated a number of excellent tea varieties, among which Tieguanyin tea has the best tea quality. 3. Characteristics of Tieguanyin Tea

Tieguanyin looks like fat and wrinkled; the color of dry tea is emerald green intertwined with dark green; the smell is fresh and rich; after brewing, the soup is clear and bright, orange-yellow; mellow, fresh and sweet aftertaste.

4. How to make Tieguanyin Tea
