How is the quality of Nepal's alpine black tea authentic? what are the brands of Nepal black tea? how much is it per jin?
We bought very interesting black tea from Nepal. The tea garden is located behind the Himalayas and opposite Darjeeling. International Maritime Organization certified organic tea garden among many tea gardens in Nepal, we chose Jun Chiyabari tea garden. The tea garden adopts natural farming methods. They do not use nitrogen fertilizers or pesticides. I have noticed that the quality of their materials is quite satisfactory. Due to natural farming methods, tea grows very slowly. Therefore, it has a long-lasting taste and rich flavor. Jun Chiyabari tea garden is also an organic tea garden certified by the International Maritime Organization. The highest elevation is 2100 meters above sea level. The Jun Chiyabari tea garden is located at 1650-2100 meters. The alpine climate makes the taste of tea very rich and soft. In high altitude areas, tea gardens are exposed to strong sunlight during the day, tea trees effectively carry out photosynthesis, while the temperature drops sharply at night, and the consumption activity of tea trees is very slow. Therefore, tea contains high levels of polyphenols and minerals, which is reflected in the intensity of the aftertaste. Persistent aroma and musk grape flavor Chiba Tea Garden tea is characterized by a long aftertaste. Generally speaking, their tea tastes longer than most Darjeeling Tea. In addition, their autumn tea exudes a pleasant musk grape flavor. The taste of musk grapes is produced by green flies, which usually appear in naturally grown tea gardens. Once the tea is attacked by the fly, it produces a substance called terpene, which is transformed into the flavor of musk grapes during fermentation. Generally speaking, the longer the ripening time, the stronger the musk grape flavor. In order to make the tea more mature, we recommend that you keep the tea in a vacuum container. In order to get the ideal flavor, oxygen must be removed. In particular, spring-picked tea has a more distinctive taste when it is ripe. In countries with equatorial climates such as Malaysia, tea produces the taste of grapes in 3-5 years. In our Malaysian shop, old spring-picked tea is always more popular than fresh spring-picked tea.
Unique choices follow our preferences due to the characteristics of Jun Chiyabari tea gardens, their tea is generally roasted for longer and at a higher temperature during drying. As a result, many of their teas have a slight forest flavor and baking aroma. Some people may like this feature. However, I personally prefer tea with fresh floral or fruity flavor. So among the many batches of tea, we carefully selected the batch with the least heat treatment, it has a fresh flower fragrance, in line with our preferences. Muscatel Jun Chiyabari Manor in autumn this kind of tea is picked by hand in autumn. In the process of making, the tea is curled into a naturally curled shape by a skilled tea master. The appearance of the leaves is reminiscent of the oriental beauty of Taiwan. Unlike spring tea, this autumn tea has a strong musk grape flavor. Because it is an autumn tea, it gives a fuller and softer drinking feeling than Darjeeling's summer-picked tea (also known for its musk grape taste). The first Qiyabarijun Manor in Nepal is the earliest season for spring tea harvest. It has a long finish, with fresh floral and musk grape flavours. It tastes similar to Darjeeling spring picked tea. But it has a stronger aftertaste. Tea brewing skills are fine, please shorten the brewing time. First preheat the teapot with boiling water. Add 3 grams of tea every 150 milliliters of water. For the first time, soak for about 10 seconds, and then soak for a few seconds.
