How to make French roasted coffee

At this stage, the internal temperature of the coffee beans rises to 464 degrees Fahrenheit. Heating them to a higher temperature will cause them to burn completely and pose a potential fire hazard. A long roasting process can lead to the loss of most, if not all, antioxidants and other healthy ingredients in coffee beans. Some studies have shown that lighter roasted coffee retains these beneficial chemicals. However, drinking deep-roasted coffee does not "hurt"!
It is important to note that although French roasted coffee tastes stronger and more bitter than other roasted coffee, it contains no less or more caffeine than other roasted coffee. However, the same weight of coffee, extracted from deep-roasted and lightly roasted coffee stacks, will contain different amounts of coffee beans.
