What grade of tea does duck excrement fragrant single fir belong to? Phoenix single fir in addition to evening primrose single fir what flavor?
Phoenix Dancong Tea is the highest grade tea naturally grown in Fenghuang Mountain, Chaozhou, Guangdong Province, China.
Dancong has many subtypes and is famous for its unique flower fragrance.
Historians are not sure exactly when the tea tree was first discovered, but the oldest records date back to the Song Dynasty about 750 to 1000 years ago.
In more recent history, Phoenix Tea won the Silver Award for Outstanding Organic Tea products at the Panama Pacific International Expo in 1915 and briefly won international recognition.
In addition, Phoenix tea did not disappear from the tea market in the western world until recently. Because it comes from my hometown, I am committed to spreading the elegance of this delicious and complex tea!
What's so special about Phoenix single fir tea? Science and mythology show that Phoenix is the ancestor of all oolong tea, and many people believe this to be true. The most distinctive feature of this diversity is its aroma, so its type is characterized by fragrance.
Today, local tea scholars divide tea into ten different main aromas. They are magnolia, iris, magnolia, gardenia, sweet-scented osmanthus, sweet-scented osmanthus, jasmine, evening jade, almond and ginger. This is just the beginning-there are many additional subtypes under these 10 major groups, and their names are more specific.
What makes these varieties unique is that none of them is artificially seasoned. Each aroma comes directly from a special type of Phoenix tea tree, or a cluster. In fact, "single cluster" literally means "single cluster".
These beautiful aromas are best emitted naturally in the complex process of making tea. The best version is made by experienced tea makers and cannot be copied by modern machines (for more information on how to make Dan Cong, please click here).
The influence of local (Chaozhou) culture also plays a big role, because many subtypes are named after local folklore or dialects, such as "duck shit fragrance", which has been a new star in China since the 1970s.
However, most of them are classic with aromas of fruit, nuts or roasted flowers. Of course, this is because Fenghuang Mountain is the birthplace of tea.
