Dancong Oolong Tea is famous for its complex production methods. However, Cong Oolong tea is made from the same tea tree, and the method of making tea needs to be adjusted according to the different seasons of spring, summer, autumn and winter. Therefore, this kind of tea is difficult to brew in bulk. Traditional production standards can produce the most perfect oolong tea, but it is impossible to achieve mass production, so few people make single-cluster oolong tea in this way. In the contemporary era of technological improvement, Dancong oolong tea only needs tea from the same tea garden and picked at the same time. But even so, under strict production standards, it takes more than 20 hours to make Dancong oolong tea. After picking, Dancong oolong tea was withered, twisted, fermented and baked repeatedly for 20 hours. The best Dancong oolong tea has a sweet taste and rich aroma.

Brewing method of Dancong Oolong Tea

Put 6 grams of oolong tea in a 150ml teapot and brew it with hot water. Different oolong teas take 1-4 minutes to brew. We recommend that you adjust the best taste from the second minute of brewing. Stop soaking and pour the brewed tea into another cup or teapot and enjoy oolong tea. Brewing oolong tea again can be brewed 3-5 times. On the basis of the last brewing time, the next brewing will be increased by 30-60s each time. The water temperature and brewing time of oolong tea with different oxidation degree are different. The optimum water temperature of low oxidation oolong tea is 90 ℃ ~ 95 ℃, and that of high oxidation oolong tea is 95 ℃ ~ 100 ℃. You can try to find the best taste by changing the water temperature, which is the pleasure of making oolong tea.
