So Qianjie decided to adjust the parameters again, the amount of powder continues to use 18 grams, hot water or put 120ml, the temperature is 95 degrees Celsius. This time, press directly to 40ml coffee liquid and stop.
This time the espresso is not bad in thickness and the oil is relatively more delicate. Then try making a hot latte. Ignore the details of how to hit the milk foam. Generally speaking, the oil is qualified, there is no caking or decomposition, and the atmospheric soaking water on the edge is a bit difficult to eliminate because it is concentrated into the coffee cup. And the pattern is also very comfortable.
