Recently, the Blue bottle Coffee in Teahouse-cho, North District of Osaka, Japan, has been decorated. Different from the warm log decoration style of other Blue bottle Coffee, the store boldly injects a blue tone that stimulates the senses! Let the cafe keep the warmth while stimulating the senses through the blue tone. By using the color of the brand logo, the space is vividly defined, allowing customers to discover the color of the coffee brand through a variety of lighting and materials.

The designer in charge of the store said that Teahouse-cho is historically famous for its unique Japanese tea culture, which has brought people here, so they want to interpret this sense of unity in a modern way and integrate it into the cafe. So the cafe is also designed into two parts: blue + log tone & pure blue tone.

The design of the first floor of the cafe is dominated by warm log tones, warm logs surround the ground floor, and floor-to-ceiling windows make full use of outdoor light. The bar made of stainless steel can also reflect light, and the storefront can illuminate the whole floor through natural light during the day.

In addition to the warm outdoor light and log tones, the central table on the first floor uses special blue glass to express the brand characteristics of blue bottle coffee. Through the location and angle of the table, guide guests to the second floor of the cafe ~ the staircase leading to the second floor is equipped with a glass chandelier, all over the stairwell. The chandelier uses brown glass balls to gently invite guests to explore the upper layer. The second floor is a pure blue space full of three-dimensional experience, so that guests can enjoy a cup of coffee while feeling the stimulation of blue to the senses.

The second floor design of the cafe is a blue tone that stimulates the senses. There is a special area in the atrium that is flooded with blue light. Blue glass walls surround it with blue lights and images and music falling from the ceiling. Guests will experience a special atmosphere in which they can change their impression of time. The bench in the atrium is also made of special materials, and the function can only be experienced by people who are sitting. I hope you can talk about your experience in the comments section after the experience in Osaka! )

Designers probably hope to achieve a direct psychological effect through blue tones, because blue has a soothing effect on people's psychology and does not make the world peace of mind. But the whole space is blue, will it be counterproductive? Because the blue has the feeling of contraction, so the space surrounded by blue will make people feel depressed. At the same time, blue also affects appetite (the coffee in hand really doesn't smell good. )

For this reason, what do you think of the style of this blue bottle of coffee?
