The coffee feast, with the theme of "24-year Starbucks Journey" (Taiwan's first Starbucks opened in March 1998), uses local Taiwanese ingredients to launch five limited dishes and pair them with creative coffee drinks developed by Starbucks. By exploring local ingredients and coffee creation, participants can feel the local story of Starbucks in Taiwan over the past 24 years.

According to the restaurant, the "coffee banquet" will begin with a cup of coffee peel-coffee leaves made of coffee peel tea (Cascara) champagne.

The first course is a coffee specialty based on a matcha latte, with trout tartare sprinkled with scallions, horse advertisements and other Taiwanese spices, implying that Starbucks carved a milestone in coffee cultivation in Taiwan 24 years ago.

The second dish is Taiwan's taro with soft and tender bacon, symbolizing Starbucks' full harvest in the third five years in Taiwan.

The third dish is to choose the soft trigeminal tip of Taiwan's black cattle with coffee powder, with non-alcoholic coffee mixed with espresso martini, implying the brewing maturity of Starbucks business.

The fourth dish is a local variety of bamboo chicken from Taiwan, served with eggplant tea and soiled lotus root, with Starbucks coffee experts visiting coffee farms around the world, implying Starbucks' many years of bean-hunting trip in Taiwan.

The fifth dessert is Ricotta cheese with citrus honey and bacon (yes, with bacon dessert, right), with non-alcoholic Irish coffee made from Guatemalan coffee, sherry coffee, brown sugar and cream. After tasting, the mouth will be surrounded by the unique aroma of coffee, meaning that Starbucks will always bring surprise to people.

Before partnering with Michelin recommended restaurants, Taiwan's Starbucks joined hands with Taiwan's Michelin one-star "Danny'" in 2021. Deng Youkui, head chef of s Steak House, launched the "Star Vision Chef Series" at Zhenxuan, including "Chef version of Red Wine stewed Beef", "American Beef Breast slice Parini" and "Orleans Beef Parini", so that everyone can enjoy the delicacy brought by Michelin 1-star 's chef at Starbucks when they are busy.
