So the couple returned to the store with the tip, hoping that the store could refund the tip. But! The person in charge of the store involved said that the consumption was collected legally, so he did not agree to refund the tip. Only after the couple communicated with several Starbucks executives in the next few days did the store agree to send a check saying they would refund the tip in full. I thought the problem would be solved after receiving the check. As a result, when I got the check and went to the bank to cash it, I found that the check could not be cashed.

The regional manager of the store involved told the media that the first check would not be redeemable because of typos. At the same time, it said that such a problem occurred because of the huge tips paid by the guests when they placed the order. The couple thought Starbucks was "visiting the garden", so they finally called the police in the hope that the police would be involved in the investigation to see if the tip was collected because of an error in the system or deliberately.
