Ethiopia is the largest Arabica coffee producer in Africa and has a long history of coffee. And there are a wide variety of coffee, and it is estimated that there are now 10000 to 15000 coffee varieties in Ethiopia, most of which have not yet been formally identified.

Ethiopia has many famous coffee producing areas, such as Sidamo, Jima, Haller, etc., while Guji and Yirgacheffe originally belonged to Sidamo, but became a coffee producing area independently because of their unique flavor.

Among them, Yega Xuefei is one of the highest altitude producing areas, with an altitude of 1750-2200 meters. Yega Xuefei mainly manages coffee cultivation in the family business model. The area has a number of well-known micro-production areas, such as Cochel, Fog Valley and so on. There are more than 40 cooperatives, for example, if Tintin.

Kochere is a small town with a population of about 20, 000. The three neighboring small producing areas, Wenago, Kochere and Gelena Abaya, are classified into the Yega Sheffei area because their coffee flavor is almost the same as that of Yega Sheffei. Cochel is located in a small producing area 25 kilometers southeast of Yegashifi, with about 100,000 local residents, and coffee beans are the main source of income. The coffee produced in the Cochelle area sometimes comes from the name of the town, such as the snow map (Chelelektu). It will also be named after the processing plant, such as Dan Bo processing Plant (Twklu Dembel), etc. And Kocher's production model is based on local small farmers to send the coffee beans to the cooperative for unified treatment, which will be more in line with the current trend of coffee traceability. At present, there is also a coffee bean from Cochell in the front street, which is washed and boiled with V60, 1mm and 15, with the aroma of jasmine in the mouth, sweet and sour like lemon and other fruits, and the overall smoothness.

Banko Gotiti is a township 60 kilometers away from the town of Gedibe (Gedeb). In the boutique coffee world, it can be separated from Cochell, with coffee produced in villages such as Worka Sakaro, Halo Bariti, Banko Gotiti and Banko Dahato. Guodingding Cooperative is located in the southeast end of Yega Sheffield. It was originally part of the Waka Cooperative under the YCFCU of the Yega Sheffield Alliance. Later, people asked for traceability of coffee beans, and a single producing area was also distinguished. In 2012, Guodingding Village, which has about 300 coffee farmers, set up an independent "Guodingding Cooperative". Guodingding Village is the first independent village area, and many farmers are members of the Waka Cooperative, so the planting technology is still possible. Of course, there are also coffee beans from the Fruit Ding Ding Cooperative in Qianjie. They are also washed and boiled with a ratio of V60 to 1 / 15. There is a slight floral aroma in the entrance, with citrus, berry and caramel flavors, and the taste is clean, sweet and tea.
