Osmanthus fragrans concentrated
As the name implies, it is a cup of espresso with sweet-scented osmanthus scent. But if you want to bring the aroma of sweet-scented osmanthus to the concentration, while keeping the original mellow flavor of Espresso, you also need some tricks in the production.
Some friends may want to throw the sweet-scented osmanthus directly into the concentrate, but the release of the fragrance of sweet-scented osmanthus takes a certain time, and the concentrated oil and flavor may be lost in this process. Therefore, Qianjie chose to throw sweet-scented osmanthus into coffee powder and accept the "baptism" of high-pressure hot water together!
Qianjie has been tested that when sweet-scented osmanthus is mixed into coffee powder and extracted together, the liquid column ejection phenomenon (channel effect) will be produced because of the obvious density and volume difference between the two, and the flavor of the extracted coffee will become unstable. So Qianjie uses a relatively safer way to cook sweet-scented osmanthus above or below pressed powder.
Qianjie used warm sun to mix Italian beans and put sweet-scented osmanthus above and below pressed powder for extraction and comparison: 1, spread the dried sweet-scented osmanthus at the bottom of the powder bowl and fill the coffee powder; 2, first pour the coffee powder into the powder bowl and compact. gently spread dried sweet-scented osmanthus on its surface and press it again. The two extraction processes are relatively stable, the time is not much different from the normal extraction parameters, there is no similar channel effect mentioned above, and Espresso can smell the faint fragrance of flowers. After making the two concentrates into a hot American taste, the coffee extracted by putting sweet-scented osmanthus at the bottom of pressed powder is the fullest, drinking with a touch of sweet-scented osmanthus aroma, in addition to the unique wine acidity of warm sun.
Osmanthus latte
If you still want to taste the taste of sweet-scented osmanthus concentrated with milk, you need to add extra sweet-scented osmanthus syrup (because the milk will mask the fragrance of sweet-scented osmanthus).
First extract a concentrated liquid (20g coffee powder to extract 40ml's Espresso), mix it with 15g sweet-scented osmanthus syrup, then make a latte (about 200g milk), and finally sprinkle dried sweet-scented osmanthus on the surface to make the latte look good and smell a little sweet-scented osmanthus fragrance.
Of course, if you don't have sweet-scented osmanthus syrup but want to drink hot sweet-scented osmanthus milk coffee, try making piccolo coffee (mini latte).
The dried sweet-scented osmanthus was extracted under coffee pressed powder. There is still one portion of the concentrated liquid that has just been shunted. In the spirit of not wasting, Qianjie poured the shot directly into ice cubes to make pure iced American coffee. The American style made in this way is closer to directly tasting the concentrate, but under the cooling and dilution of the ice, it retains more fragrance of sweet-scented osmanthus, and the whole cup of coffee is not as bitter as expected. instead, it is very refreshing and tastes good, with a hint of sweet-scented osmanthus. Osmanthus fragrans Dirty
Now we know that sweet-scented osmanthus can not only increase the appearance of coffee, but also make the taste of coffee more possible. And Dirty, a coffee drink with both appearance and taste online. When the two meet, what kind of spark will collide?

Compared with Italian concentration, sweet-scented osmanthus can release aroma more fully when washed by hot water for about 2 minutes. Therefore, do not need to add too much, use 15 grams of powder to put about 1 gram of dried sweet-scented osmanthus, slightly covered with powder layer surface.
Extraction parameters: 15g coffee powder; 1:15 powder-to-water ratio, 91 ℃ water temperature; grindness: EK43s 9.5g (85% filtration rate of No. 20 standard sieve); V60 filter cup; three-stage manipulation.
