July of this year is officially coming to an end, but in the last few days, there has been a lot of scolding in Ruixing's working circle, pointing the finger at the management, accusing the new regulations at headquarters of how "excruciating."

Recently, one after another complaint posts about the new tasks of Ruixing system have appeared on social platforms, and triggered a large number of employees' discussion and likes. They complained that because the company recently implemented a new closing rule called "full sweep code", it added more tedious work to the already understaffed opening and closing process, and extended the (unpaid) overtime again.

It is understood that in Ruixing's past system, it was possible to close and take inventory in advance according to the situation, as well as take out all kinds of materials to take pictures, and then get off work after all.

The new system now requires that the code scanning task will pop up 15 minutes before the end of business, and employees need to use their mobile phones to scan all materials and products with expiration labels, including thawed, unsealed and unopened materials. and waste materials on the same day (previously not used). Then the next day, my colleagues on the morning shift had to scan it again.

At present, most of Ruixing's new products are mixed drinks with concentrated fruit juices, coupled with the brand's new speed, almost every store has to store a large number of colorful raw materials in the refrigerator. As a result, when it comes to closing time, everyone can always see the following scene like military training for drinks in Ruixing.

If you are in a store with a relatively high volume of cups, you need to take out at least hundreds of bottles of concentrated juice each time to scan the code, take pictures, and make a screenshot. It has taken more than 10 minutes to "scan the code in full" alone. When a person is on duty, he is also responsible for washing things, making orders, getting off work, and so on. After a meal, dozens of minutes of "voluntary overtime" has become a common occurrence.

However, what annoys store partners most is that Lucky's new system will also appear bug in the face of a pile of juice that needs to be scanned and thawed one by one. I don't know if the mobile phone doesn't work, or the label is stuck with water and fog is not clear, and some codes can't be swept no matter how hard they sweep. When the scan is finally finished, the system shows an anomaly, and in the end, the employees have to calibrate themselves, allowing the workers to call a "chicken rib".

Even individual veteran employees could not help saying that originally, stores would arrange for 2-3 people to work shifts or night shifts, and everyone's workload could be reasonably shared, but now the work on duty in Ruixing is becoming more and more tedious day by day. Many stores have arranged for only one person to complete these tasks, hoping to grow three heads and six arms to be able to use them.

Ruixing, which always takes digital operation as its strong point, also presents an obvious digital orientation in employee management. According to employees, the new system is still in the testing stage, and the purpose of the code scanning task is to prevent the situation that has not been found after the effective period.

However, in the eyes of hard-working workers every day, the new task of developers not only does not simplify the work procedure, but uses more steps (scanning code, taking photos, uploading) to repeat the same job: inventory. In the words of employees, it is: originally how simple things are, but now the whole thing is so complex that they are always obliged to work overtime, and their mentality will collapse sooner or later.
