Recently, China TV News reported that a customer in a local coffee shop in Taiwan charged his mobile phone for a TV series and refused to pay any fee for it.
According to the store owner, this customer is a regular customer in the store. He has been here at least four or five times, each time he occupies a place in the store while charging his mobile phone while chasing the show, but he has never spent money in the store. The clerk explained
The store has a requirement to enter the store for consumption, but there is no stipulation for a low consumption amount, so guests can buy a cup of coffee and stay in the store for a long time. The regular customer went to the store many times but did not spend once, and they also persuaded him many times, but the customer still went his own way and was unwilling to cooperate.
On the day of the incident, the customer came to the store again to charge his mobile phone and did not use headphones while watching the show, but played the sound outside, causing serious trouble to other guests in the store. During the period, the shop assistant came forward and motioned to the guest to lower the volume and told him that he could not continue to use the store power to charge the phone. But as if they didn't hear it, the customers turned a deaf ear to the employees' persuasion and did whatever they wanted.
In desperation, the store had to call the police to deal with it, hoping that the police could help them take the guest out of the store who was unwilling to spend electricity all the time, so as not to affect the normal operation of the coffee shop.
Unexpectedly, the policeman who arrived at the store was also rejected by the other party when he advised people to leave the store. Customers do not think that their actions have an impact on the people around them, and they are not willing to comply with the requirements and lower the volume, nor do they want to leave by themselves and still sit in place and use their mobile phones.
Seeing that everyone refused to listen to advice, the police finally had to take out handcuffs and handcuff people and arrest them back to the local police station in the name of "current criminals of theft."
The director of the police station said that the person concerned did not spend money in the store and used the mobile phone to charge without the consent of the store owner, prompting the operator to choose to call the police and seek the police. After the police officers on the scene persuaded the customer to leave invalid, they had to take compulsory measures to take the person away.
Usually, things should come to an end here. However, to the surprise of the coffee shop owner, the day after he was taken away by the police, the customer came back to the same coffee shop and asked for the surveillance video from the store on the day of the incident.
The customer insists that there is nothing wrong with him. On the contrary, it is the clerk who forces the customer to spend. After being rejected by himself, he called the police to deal with it. The police at the scene used handcuffs to forcibly take them away without a warrant, accusing the shopkeeper and the police of a series of actions that had hurt their hands and feet to a certain extent.
To prove their story, the customer took out his own injury report and showed the store his wrist hurt by handcuffs.
In this regard, on the one hand, the shopkeeper thought that there was nothing wrong with his alarm behavior, on the other hand, he was helpless about the customer's "messing around", so he did not refuse when the other party came to get the surveillance video, and said that he had decided to let the judiciary handle the matter.
