A solution that can easily make coffee by just pouring water ~ This solution is recommended to use it with cake/flat filter cups. The flat-bottomed filter cup has always been called a "newbie friendly filter cup" because its bottom is flat and there will not be a big difference between the diameters of the upper layer and the bottom. This structural design allows coffee powder to be laid out in the filter cup. The powder bed will not be too thick and will be more evenly distributed. It's very simple to brew, but steaming is still necessary! First of all, steam for 30 seconds with twice the amount of water poured into the powder.
After the steaming is over, we first use water to circle it to break the "barrier" of the powder bed.
Then inject the remaining target water in one breath at a fixed point in the center! If the filter bowl is not big enough, the water flow can be slightly smaller to prevent the filter bowl from being unable to hold all the hot water because its capacity is not large enough. When the injection is complete, we only need to wait for the hot water in the filter cup to finish dripping, then we can remove the filter cup and end the extraction. The extraction time was 2 minutes and 34 seconds in total.
Doesn't this brewing look a little familiar? That's right, logically speaking, it's actually a single knife flow. After all, the hot water is divided into two sections, but there is not so much stirring around it. So naturally, the taste of coffee will also tend to be balanced by a knife flow. Because the hot water is injected in all one breath, the coffee powder will be soaked in the hot water for a relatively long time. This will allow the coffee powder to be extracted more evenly, the amount of dissolved substances will tend to be the same, and the taste will be relatively balanced.
Because the extraction is sufficient, the coffee will have a high sweetness and a prominent flavor.
